Falafel

Ingredients:

Run the following through a food processor:

  • One container of falafel measure
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 2-spoon cumin
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1 spoon cardoon
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 spoon black pepper
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 6-7 oz sesame seed
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4-teaspoon baking soda
  • Water as needed.

Directions:

Heat oil to maximum (before it starts to smoke), and deep fry 1 to 1-1/2 inch falafel balls until they bob to the surface. Drain and serve.
